• PM2.5 air quality data by zip code
• Educational content on environmental factors
• FDA-classified general wellness product

Not a medical device. Content is informational only. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws/regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated data collection
• Interfere with app functionality

All content protected by copyright. No reproduction/distribution without written consent.

6. Privacy

Data practices described in our Privacy Policy

7. Third-Party Content

AirNow API data subject to AirNow Terms. Firebase usage follows Google Terms.

8. Liability Limitation

Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use.

9. Modifications

We may update Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

Disputes governed by California law, United States of America.
